To Run an Interactive Search

Open the Search tab (View > Search).
To locate the interactive searches , select the list in the quick search field, and then select More > Reports.
Do one of the following:

Click the Search icon to execute a Quick search.

or
Click the Extended Search icon located at the top of the search pane and set the Type check box. Select Interactive Report from the list box, and then click the Search icon.

A Results list displays containing the interactive searches in the Content pane.
Double-click the interactive search in the Results pane or in the folder. The interactive search displays at the top of the Content pane. If Execute Immediately when Viewed is on, the report will run when selected.
